A simple and robust solution, it's the combination of the hand-held force gauge Centor First and fitted with specific corkscrew accessory.

Operating principle: it is hand-operated, just like an ordinary corkscrew. The corkscrew accessory is screwed to the cork, and the operator pulls it using the hand-held force gauge. The Center FIRST memorizes the maximum force applied by the operator to pull and extract the cork.
