Flat jaws with screw clamping for tests up to 1,000 lbf. Pyramid-shaped jaws, ideal for testing relatively hard or rigid materials (plastic, metal, etc.). Other types of jaws are available upon request (wave, rubber, V-shaped, etc.).

Both jaws can be moved to adjust the alignment between the upper and lower jaws. One of the jaws is equipped with a crank handle for clamping the specimen. These jaws have a wide opening, allowing tensile tests to be performed on very thick specimens.
