Basic digital penetrometer
The hand-held CNR FT F&V model is a penetrometer designed to measure the consistency and penetration force on semi-solid substance as food products (i.e., apples, pears, peaches and other crips fruits and vegetables, and much more semi-solid substances.). Thank to its small size and protective housing, it can be used on the field.
The CNR FT F&V digital penetrometer displays the raw data and records the last maximum value, It's the perfect device for all your measurements on the field and provides a quick quality control check.
Operating principle: Andilog’s CNR FT F&V penetrometer is dedicated to measure the applied force by the probe on your sample (i.e., food, cosmetics, and other semi-solid materials), measuring the consistency (i.e., firmness). Simple to operate: Applying the force manually on your sample, the measurement is displayed in real time in Newton, Kg or Lbs units.
