Manual Penetration Testing Equipment

The CNR ST F&V penetrometer model, is a complete testing equipment ready to be used and to measure the firmness on substance (food, fruit, vegetable, cosmetics and much more). It’s a simple and accurate unit which is ready to be installed in production environment or in a laboratory, it has all the features required to audit and perform quality check in order to determine the penetration force. It also displays in real time the curve of your test.

Operating principle: Andilog’s CNR ST F&V penetrometer is dedicated to measure the applied force by the probe on your sample (i.e., food, cosmetics, and other semi-solid materials), measuring the consistency  (i.e., firmness). Simple to operate: The probe is mounted to the Force gauge and by turning the handle of the manual test stand, the force is applied to the substance. The force gauge is measuring, recording and displaying in real time the graph and result in Newton, Kg or Lbs units. The travel digital ruler, placed on the side, measures the depth.
